My Sexy Saturday Blog Hop - The Rule Of Seven

To celebrate Valentine's weekend I'm joining the exciting My Sexy Saturday Blog Hop!

The challenge this week is to post seven paragraphs from one of my books which depicts a sexy moment between two characters.

I've chosen a special moment between Faith and Zane, the leads in my contemporary romance novel If You Only Knew.

Here we go with a snippet from If You Only Knew and their 7 sexy and romantic paragraphs:

His mind was going over and over the thoughts whirling in his head.  Everything he’d managed to hold together with Faith for these past few months was now slowly unravelling. And there was nothing he could do about it.

            Self-preservation kicked in. The voice in his head told him to get sensible and get out of the relationship, while he had some chance, however small, of keeping his sanity.

No, he knew, it was too late for that.

Faith, now awake, started to kiss his chest, letting her fingers wander down his stomach.

            He closed his eyes. Yeah, he could, somehow, get out of this relationship but knew he didn't stand a hope in hell of getting out of it with his head or his heart intact.

He gently turned Faith onto her back and began to make love to her again. Slowly this time. He wanted to savour every single second. He knew it would be the last time.

He didn't want to let her go, but he had to.
